I reached out to ask about the warranty and didn’t get anywhere. It was frustrating because I expected at least some clear guidance or next steps. I’m curious if other people have had the same experience, because based on this, I probably wouldn’t buy from there again.

I went in hoping to get some guidance before buying, but the staff didn’t seem super familiar with the gear. The answers I got were vague, and I ended up leaving more unsure than when I walked in. Maybe it depends on who you get, but for me it was a bit hit or miss and didn’t really feel like expert help.

I tried to exchange an item the whole process was ridiculous. It should’ve been simple, but I had to wait forever for replies and the instructions weren’t clear at all. Just way more hassle than it needed to be. I won’t be ordering from here again.

"I bought this thinking it was going to..."
I bought this thinking it was going to be real professional-grade gear, but it just didn’t feel like that. Some parts felt kind of cheap, and I wasn’t super confident it would hold up. Setting it up was more of a hassle than I expected too, especially with that one part that didn’t seem to line up right. For what it costs, I was expecting a lot better. It might be fine if you’re just messing around with it, but I wouldn’t count on it for anything serious.

I ordered a couple of things that were listed as in stock, but a few days later I got an email saying they actually didn’t have them. That was frustrating since I needed them for a weekend trip, and I expected a faster response if there was an issue. The refund did come through, but I still wasted time and had to scramble to buy the items somewhere else last minute. The site really needs to show accurate availability before taking orders. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I tried reaching out the communication was just really bad. No one replied, and I was left waiting with no update or explanation. Frustrating.

"Broke way sooner than it should have"
I bought this from theghosthunterstore.com it didn’t hold up at all. It felt a little cheap right out of the box, but I tried to be patient and give it a fair shot. After just a few uses, one of the pieces cracked, which was really frustrating. I don’t mind waiting or being careful with stuff, but having to keep “being patient” with something that’s already falling apart is annoying

I ordered expecting it to arrive in a normal timeframe, but the shipping ended up being really slow. The tracking barely changed, so I was kind of left guessing and waiting around with no real idea when it would show up. The product might be fine, but it felt like they could’ve handled the delivery updates a lot better. the wait was annoying enough that I probably wouldn’t order again.

I spent a little time looking around theghosthunterstore.com, but I just couldn’t get comfortable enough to buy anything. Some of the details felt vague, and I couldn’t find the kind of clear information that makes me feel like a store is being upfront with customers.
Maybe other people have had a perfectly fine experience, but for me, trust matters when money is involved. I feel like businesses have a responsibility to make shoppers feel informed and safe, and this site just didn’t meet that bar for me, so I left without ordering.

I ended up walking out without buying anything. I went in hoping to check out a few different ghost hunting tools, but there just wasn’t much to choose from. A lot of it felt like the same type of item repeated, so there wasn’t really anything to compare or get excited about.

I ordered internationally and the shipping took way longer than I expected. I’m not sure if this is normal, but it felt like it dragged on forever. Has anyone else had the same experience?

"Battery died way too fast"
I used it one time and the battery was nearly dead after about 20 minutes. Super frustrating, especially when I tried to get help and couldn’t even talk to an actual person. Everything felt automated, which just made the whole thing more annoying

"Not great if you're brand new"
I tried using this as a total beginner and got confused quickly. After a short while I just gave up. I also didn’t really feel like reaching out to customer service because I don’t trust that they’d be much help beyond giving some generic response.

I ordered from The Ghost Hunter Store and at first everything seemed fine, but then the tracking just stopped moving and sat in the same spot for days. I still haven’t received my package, and when I emailed them, the reply didn’t really explain anything or give me a real update. it feels unfair to take someone’s money and then leave them guessing about where their order is. I’m frustrated, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Calibration seemed a bit off"

"Fell Apart Way Too Fast"
I really wanted this to work out, but wow, it was a disappointment almost immediately. Right out of the box it felt flimsy, like it wasn’t built to last at all, and then after just a few days it completely stopped working. For the price, I wasn’t expecting a miracle, but I definitely expected more than a short-lived disaster. Not happy with the quality and wouldn’t buy it again
